The fillet tail is taken from the point end of the fillet and makes a great cut for any fast cooking dish like beef stroganoff or lightly fried and put in a salad. It is taken from grass fed British Beef and matured for the fullest flavour in our bespoke maturation room. Tenderness Guaranteed.
