The finest grass fed beef, sourced from farms local to us. Matured for 6 weeks in our bespoke Dry Ageing Room where we control temperature, humidity, air flow and air quality to  produce the most flavoursome and tender steaks available.

All our steaks are from grass fed British Beef which we mature for up to 5 weeks depending on the particular cut. This ensures a really tender steak with bags of beefy flavour.

Simply choose the steak you require, use our steak size selector to choose the recommended size based on your appetite and add the quantity to your basket.
