The finest quality lamb sourced from the South West of England. Our Free Range Lamb is taken from the lush pastures around the moorlands of Bodmin,Dartmoor and Exmoor.
The West Country has some of the finest pastures in the world and is ideally suited for the production of quality lamb.
Once we have received our lamb we mature it for 7-10 days to allow the full flavour and tenderness develop.
