Our Products
Where do we source from?
All our meats are sourced from the South West of England. We use trusted and assured farmers. All our farmers work to the highest levels of animal husbandry and welfare.
Is everything home made?
We pride ourselves on making everything ourselves, unless otherwise stated you can be assured everything is home made.
Curious Pig, Black Label and SOUSBBQ are our own brand names
Your Order
Will my order be supplied fresh?
We will always cut your order fresh for you prior to despatch. Unless specified as frozen everything will arrive with you fresh. The use by date on the product will reflect this, however everything is suitable for home freezing.
We recommend that all our products if frozen upon receipt will keep in the freezer for 9 months. Once defrosted we recommend using the product within 3 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as you ge in touch with us 3 days prior to despatch we can cancel or ammend your order. Please call 01884 824070Â
What if there is something wrong with my order?
We get very few problems but sometimes we may. We guarantee all our products so if you are not happy with anything please get in touch on 01884 824070
Delivery
How is my order delivered?
We deliver ourselves locally on our own refrigerated vehicles.Â
Elsewhere we deliver via DPD our trusted courier. We use bespoke boxes that ensure temeprature control until you receive it.
What is your local delivery area?
We currrently deliver ourselves to the following areas, however this may change over time.
Willand, Uffculme, Halberton, Sampford Peverall, Cullompton, Tiverton and surrounds on a Wednesday and Saturday
Exeter and Surrounds on a Tuesday and FridayÂ
When do you deliver nationally?
We deliver nationally Wednesday to Friday. We need a minimum of 2 days notice.
Orders place on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be despatched on a Tuesday for your receipt on the Wednesday.
You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout, please ensure your required delivery fall in with this schedule
Seasonal delivery times may vary of which you will be advisedÂ
What if I am not going to be home?
No problem, just make us aware of a safe delivery place or the address of a trusted neighbour in the notes section at checkout
What if my delivery does not arrive when expected or is stolen?
Please contact our office on 01884 824070 and we will organise a replacement
Click & Collect
When can I collect my order?
You can collect your order anytime during our opening hours which are currently:
Tuesday-Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm
Saturday 7.00am – 2.00pm
Please let us know your desired collection date at checkout.
How quickly can I pick up my order?
We like to work on next day however if something is urgent give us a call before you place your order on 01884 824070 and we may be able to arrange it for same day.
Do you charge for using the click & collect service
There is no charge for using the click & collect service. In fact if you use the discount code COLLECT at checkout you will receive a 5% discount.
Do I have to use the website to place orders for collection?
No, just give us a call to place your order on 01884 824070. We may just require a deposit to secure your order.
