Lean Topside of Beef
Our lean topside of beef is prepared to give you a lean portion of meat on every slice. We lace a thin layer of basting fat on top which can be removed before carving but is necessary to keep the joint lovely and moist whilst cooking and to add flavour.
Available in 12 sizes, simply select the joint size you need and we cut and prepare it fresh for you, allow 250gms per portion and add 250gms.
