Your Maple Glazed Chicken Breast Skewers are ready to shine on the grill. This recipe ensures they’re cooked to perfection, with the maple glaze caramelizing beautifully for a sweet, smoky flavor.


Ingredients

  • 6–8 Maple Glazed Chicken Breast Skewers (pre-prepared)

Method

1. Prepare the BBQ or Grill

  1. Preheat your barbecue or grill to medium heat (180–200°C).
    • If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are white-hot and arrange them for direct cooking.

2. Cook the Skewers

  1. Place the skewers on the grill, turning them every 2–3 minutes to cook evenly and prevent sticking.
  2. Grill for 10–12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
  3. Watch carefully during the last few minutes, as the maple glaze can caramelize quickly. Adjust the heat if needed to avoid burning.

  1. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2–3 minutes.

Frozen Product

Any frozen product you receive from us will have a frozen use by date on it. 

When defrosting we recommend taking the product out of the freezer and defrosting gradually in you fridge. Depending on the size of the product you should take it out 2-3 days prior to use and use it within 2 days
