The Black Label Tomahawk steak is the ultimate steak lover’s dream—a jaw-dropping bone-in rib steak that combines impressive presentation with unmatched flavour and tenderness. This steak is cut from the rib section, with the long rib bone left intact for a striking appearance. Its generous size and rich marbling make it perfect for sharing or serving as the centrepiece of a feast.
Dry-aged to enhance its flavour and tenderness, our Tomahawk steak delivers a robust and beefy taste with a buttery texture. The marbling melts during cooking, creating a steak that’s juicy, tender, and full of depth. This cut is designed to impress, offering a showstopping dining experience that’s as visually stunning as it is delicious.
Cooking a Tomahawk steak is an event in itself. It’s best seared on high heat to develop a golden crust, then finished in the oven or on the barbecue to your preferred doneness. Resting the steak is essential to ensure its juices are perfectly distributed for a succulent result. Serve it sliced for an impressive presentation and pair it with bold sides like grilled vegetables, truffle mash, or a rich peppercorn sauce.
Our Black Label Tomahawk steak isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. Designed for those who appreciate the drama and flavour of premium beef, it’s the perfect choice for special occasions or an indulgent treat.
