Traditional Devonshire Pork Sausages

Our Traditional Devonshire Pork Sausage is made by hand using time honoured butchery techniques. The only difference we have used gluten free alternatives to the usual bread rusk used in normal butchers sausages. They are also high meat content, low salt and low fat.

The Devonshire Pork Sausage is a more robustly flavoured sausage with an abundance of pepper, sage, parley and thyme.
