    Our Traditional Gluten Free Pork Sausage is made by hand using time honoured butchery techniques. The only difference we have used gluten free alternatives to the usual bread rusk used in normal butchers sausages. They are also high meat content, low salt and low fat.

    The Traditional Sausage is lightly seasoned to enhance the flavour of the pork and leave a moreish peppery aftertaste. The ideal breakfast sausage.

    The Devonshire Pork Sausage is a more robustly flavoured sausage with an abundance of pepper, sage, parley and thyme.
